| Sunfield can provide short-stay accommodation on site for families or other visitors. |
The Family Centre (main photo right) is a self contained flat that accommodates up to six people. It has two twin bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a kitchen and shower room with toilet.

The Family Resource Centre (left and right photos) is able to accommodate two families at any one time. It has two lockable bedrooms (Malvern View and Clent Croft) each with en-suite shower room and toilet. These rooms can sleep up to four people in each, with the lounge and kitchen/dining room as shared facilities.
The Family Resource Centre also houses an information centre containing leaflets, videos and a family library.

We request that Sunfield students do not use the Resource Centre when two families are sharing. You will be informed prior to your visit (where possible) if you are to be sharing the facility with another family.
For both centres, all bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. A basic food stock of bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, squash and fruit are available.
Guidelines for booking and using the centres are available from the Family Services.
The Family Centres are available to anyone who is significant in the life of our students. If extended family members, friends or neighbours have a vested interest in your son/daughter's life and they wish to come and spend some time with them, they are very welcome to do so. Equally the Family Resource Centre may be used by visitors who wish to visit students in order to assess their needs for adult provision.
There is no charge to stay in the Family Centre but an envelope is available if you wish to make a donation towards the running costs of the facility. |
