VARIETY CLUB SUNSHINE COACH APPEAL
Back
A 17 seater Sunshine Coach to enable children and their carers to visit community facilities

Target:  £10,000

Sunfield has launched a £10,000 appeal for a Variety Club Sunshine Coach to enable the children to enjoy educational and recreational activities that would be otherwise unavailable to them out in the community.

Deputy director of fundraising Alicia Wingfield said:
"The children at Sunfield all have severe and complex learning needs, often with profound autism, which means many of them have to have one to one care or, in some cases, two to one care. A 17 seat Sunshine Coach is essential if the children, along with their carers, are to experience the community and all it offers - for example enjoying an outing to the park or paddling pool that other children may take for granted."
