Sunfield is always "open" to families and they are warmly welcomed at all times. We do, however, have standard Open Days throughout the year when families and friends are invited to share in the fun and celebrations with students and staff from all departments.
Our regular Open Days are:
May Day - when we celebrate in a traditional way with maypole dancing, tree dressing and a picnic.
Summer Carnival - opens with a student parade followed by demonstrations, stalls and attractions. Pictures from past carnivals can be seen on our community page.
Christmas - accreditation certificates are awarded to students from the FE department in the morning, followed by the presentation of the Sunfield Annual Report. After lunch, the Christmas production takes place when all students contribute via photographs, video footage and live performance.
These days provide opportunities for families to connect with each other and share in their child's achievements.
