Psychologist and Clinical Lead

Salary: Grade 13 £39,707 – £42,797

Sunfield Children’s Home and School is a Steiner influenced school and care home, which is part of the Ruskin Mill Trust group, and provides excellent education and care to young people with complex needs and behaviour that challenges. Sunfield is looking for a highly specialist Psychologist with experience of working with young people with learning disabilities and Autistic spectrum conditions.

This is a unique opportunity as the post holder, as well as applying their therapeutic approach to the children and young people in order to facilitate their development, would be part of Sunfield’s Senior Leadership team. The role would contribute to the strategic development and integration of therapies into the learning community. This would include facilitating the resilience training and professional development of staff supporting young people whose behaviour can be challenging and hard to understand. You would be overseeing a team of therapists and clinicians and would be fully supported in your career development and clinical supervision.  This is truly an exciting time to be joining the driven and committed team.

This is a full time position (40 hours) with an expectation of you working 5 days per week, although applications for job share and flexible working will be considered. It is a requirement of the role that you hold appropriate professional qualifications as a Psychologist and be registered with the Health Professions Council.
