Care Support Worker (CSW)
Starting from £15,600.00 per annum

Hours – 40 hours per week (to be worked on a flexible rota) plus sleep-ins.
Sunfield School and Children’s Home, part of the Ruskin Mill Trust Group, is located in the stunning Clent Hills. Sunfield provides innovative and experiential education for children and young people with Autistic spectrum Conditions and special learning needs, developed out of the inspiration of Rudolf Steiner, William Morris and John Ruskin.
Set within 58 acres of idyllic parkland, nestled on the slopes of the Clent Hills, we are an independent residential special school and charity who support young people, aged 6 – 19 years, with complex learning needs, including Autism and PDA.
As a CSW at Sunfield, you will work closely with a young person and their family to help them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best, and their family to feel understood, informed, supported and reassured.
We are now recruiting to a number of vacancies both full and part-time. Staff need to be fully flexible and work over a 7 day working week (including weekends and Bank Holidays). All posts within Sunfield are subject to a 6 month probation period and the full-time hours for care staff are 40 per week to be worked in accordance with a rota.

A fully-funded QCF Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is available. You will be fully trained in the following; CALM, Behaviour Watch, Safeguarding,Health & Safety training alongside Mental Health, Child Development & attachment and Emotional Resilience to name a few.
