Sunfield Childrens Home – Clent

 

£15,220 a year

Salary- Day £15,220 rising to £16,229.00

Full Time 38 hours per week, will include weekend working

Night £16,338.06 to £17,576 per annum

Full Time 40 hours per week = four shifts per week of 21.00 – 7.00, will include weekend working

Full time/Part time/Day/Night/Bank positions available.

Set within 58 acres of idyllic parkland, nestled on the slopes of the Clent Hills, we are an independent residential special school, residential care home and charity who support young people, aged 6 – 19 years, with complex learning needs, including Autism and PDA. As a Care Support Worker at Sunfield, you will work closely with a young person and their family to help them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best, and their family to feel understood, informed, supported and reassured.

We invest heavily in our staff and your career with us includes an extensive training and development plan to enable you to fulfil your potential. You will be fully trained in the following; CALM, Behaviour Watch, Safeguarding, Teacch and Health & Safety training alongside Mental Health, Child Development & attachment and Emotional Resilience to name a few. A fully-funded QCF Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is available once probation is completed.
