Receptionist/Administrator (Maternity cover)

Sunfield Childrens Home – Clent

Salary range £15,600 – £16,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours 8.30-5pm, 30 minute paid lunch break

Sunfield is set within 58 acres of idyllic parkland, nestled on the slopes of the Clent Hills, we are an independent residential special school and charity who support young people, aged 6 – 19 years, with complex learning needs, including Autism and PDA.

We have an opportunity available for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their fast paced team on a contract full-time basis, Monday – Friday.

This position is to cover a period of maternity leave and is expected to be for 9 months, however, this could be extended.

The Receptionist part of the role is extremely customer focused, being first point of contact for families, visitors and professionals. This will be over the telephone as well as on a face to face basis.

The successful candidate will Ideally have experience of working in an administrative or receptionist capacity, be able to manage a diverse workload meeting strict deadlines, have excellent communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to deliver first class customer service.  The role comes with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Although the main remit of the role will be to assist visitors, some administrative tasks are involved therefore it is essential that candidates are computer literate in all Microsoft Office applications.
